Refunds & Cancellation

All Agentlens purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles checkout, invoicing, payment methods, and sales tax/VAT — your receipt and card statement will reference Polar. This page explains how cancellation and refunds work in practice.
The Free plan
Free is free forever: 1 site, 10k agent events a month, 30-day retention, no card required. If you never upgrade, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
Canceling a subscription
- Cancel anytime from the customer portal, linked in your billing settings and on every Polar receipt. One click — no retention flows, no phone calls.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. You keep full access until then and are not charged again.
- After cancellation your account drops to the Free plan; data beyond Free limits remains exportable for 30 days.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: if you cancel within 7 days of a charge and haven't materially used the service in that period, email us for a full refund of that charge.
- Annual plans ($290 Pro / $790 Agency): full refund on request within 30 days of the initial charge. After that, we refund unused months pro-rata, with used months charged at the monthly rate.
- Billing errors — duplicate charges, wrong plan — are refunded in full, always.
- Refunds are issued by Polar to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Polar retries the charge and you get a 3-day grace period to update your payment method before the account drops to Free-plan limits. Nothing is deleted: your sites, keys, and retained data are intact, and paid limits resume the moment payment succeeds.
